Know that all credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: certified 256-bit SSL encryption technology, and conducted on Level-1 PCI compliant servers.

kös organic skincare has not nor ever will sacrifice customers’ personal information for the purpose of extending marketing relationships with outside firms. We have never sold, traded, or rented our mailing list or customer information. We make the decision to protect your privacy because that’s how we want to be treated. It’s just the right thing to do.

Our promise to you is that we will never sell, dissect, decimate, share, or trade your information. We do not research your buying habits. We do not sell your buying habits. Most of all we do not transfer your online purchasing and personal information onto any other machine. Period.

 

SHIPPING POLICY: 

  • SHIPPING OPTIONS
At checkout you're offered a vast array of shipping options at remarkably reasonable rates. If your pre-tax purchase exceeds $60 it will qualify for free 48-State shipping. Orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt. Weekend orders will ship the following Monday. We require a signature on all orders over $100 unless specified when placing the order.
Please Note: It's our recent experience that the stated USPS First Class delivery schedule is erroneous. It reads 1-3 day delivery but in reality, unless you're in the Los Angeles area, delivery is closer to 3-5 days.

Fortunately the extremely attractive USPS rate is accurate (LA to NYC for $2.04 for a small box is great but it will most likely take 5 days). We have contacted relevant parties to correct the matter but at this time it remains beyond the power of kös organic skincare to correct the language. So we keep the option but offer the above warning.

USPS Priority Mail option also states 1-3 day delivery, fortunately this appears to be accurate. For peace of mind tracking numbers are offered for each service. Any further questions, please contact us at support@kosmorganik.com
  • CANADA RETAIL CLIENTS

We currently do not ship to Canada due to the additional taxes & fees imposed by customs that would be passed on to you, our client.

  • INTERNATIONAL RETAIL CLIENTS

Please note that kös organic skincare is not responsible for customs charges, duties & restrictions that vary from country to country. kös organic skincare will not retrieve packages for credit or give credit for abandoned packages. To find out about fees & charges that apply to shipments outside continental US, please contact your local Fedex location.

  • SALES TAX
Due its California base, kös organic skincare is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California. 

 

RETURNS POLICY:

  • Needless to say kös organic skincare wants your total satisfaction with any purchase
  • kös organic skincare will accept returns on items purchased through this website & with valid receipt & order number
  • Returned items must be in original, undamaged packaging
  • Though not at all necessary an accompanying note explaining the reasoning would be helpful. Your feedback helps us better understand your needs
  • To return a purchase please email support@kosmorganik.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Why 14 days? 14 days is considered half one use-cycle and sufficient time to find fault or determine effectiveness. Extending the period would create a scenario not too dissimilar of complaining to a waiter about the meal but with your plate already empty.
  • We'll gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately
  • Products bought at locations other than this website must be returned to place of purchase. We cannot accept returns from other locations
  • If any kös order is received with shortcomings please contact support@kosmorganik.com
  • Original shipping is non-refundable
  • Any non-deliverable or customer refused packages will be canceled by kös upon receipt and subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier which will be deducted from the refund amount for the products
  • All shipping charges for returns remain the sole responsibility of the customer unless return is necessitated by kös error
