Adults: Mix 1 cup of mBath in a warm (warmer better) 20-minute bath once every other day until your body says otherwise. Eventually one bath per week will suffice. Children: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 cup to each bath will aid sound sleep and avoid magnesium depletion.
